How to order from us.



Buying online from us is both secure and easy by using our third party payment provider Paypal. Simply select the goods you wish to purchase and place your order. At the checkout stage you will be given the option to pay by either using your credit card or from your Paypal funds (if you have a Paypal account).

We will refund or replace faulty items, and exchange goods if you are not entirely satisfied. This is in addition to your statutory rights.

Please mark clearly on your invoice which items you are returning and post it to us, along with the returned goods. If you would like to exchange the returned item(s), please note what you would like on the invoice. Returned items should be returned unworn and with all labels attached. We would like to remind customers to take care when trying on garments, as we cannot refund items which are marked or smell of cigarette smoke or other strong odours.

Please note that if you paid for your order by credit card, we will credit the amount of the returned goods to your card.

Your credit card will be debited at the exchange rate on the day of purchase. Refunds will be made at the exchange rate on the day the goode are received.

We are always available to discuss your specific needs and are highly experienced in helping our customers. As fitting specialists we are happy to book appointments if this is helpful, however, we do operate a drop in fitting service and an appointment is not normally necessary.
